Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, stated "A mastermind is the harmonious alliance of two or more minds that create a friendly environment to gather, classify and organize new information for fast and effective implementation".  This is the express purpose of this community - to chat, advise, educate and inspire one other to take the next step to reach their career goals.
